5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products, subject to availability and successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or duplicate orders. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

6. Prices & Payments

Prices shown on our website may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout when the order is submitted. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

7. Shipping & Delivery

C.Kay's Designs currently ships to addresses within Canada only.

Estimated transit: 3–7 business days
Total estimated delivery: up to 10 business days
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Mountain Time), Monday to Friday
Shipping carrier: Canada Post

Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on statutory holidays may be processed the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Shipping Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we'll try to assist before dispatch, though changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

9. Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact our support team before sending an item back.
